Sft Roar project is a salesmanship initiative which further aims to give opportunities to sft trainees to make a pitch about their own products to the outside world from arranging the logistics to handling the stocks and finances, everything is done by them independently. Thisinitiate has also worked as an effective sensitisation toolto educate the locals aboutintellectual disability and their capabilities.

The project has led to improvisation in their confidence levels and further helps in boosting their self image. Sft trainees consider these opportunities as a reward and look forward to it. They are further educated with soft skill training fortheir professional outlook forsuch an event.
