Shaurya Foundation Trust (SFT) has been working for the past 11 years with persons with intellectual challenges and has done ground breaking work in skilling them while ensuring independent living skills and establishing an ecosystem in which they can flourish. SFT has been successfully in making roads in removing barrier in all aspects for the past decade and the next five years we will be dedicating to establishing models of assisted employment so that all our trainees(irrespective ofthe severity oftheir challenges) graduate into employment and fulfilltheir potentialto lead independent and productive lives.-

SFT’s Bakery was one of the first skilling project and our trainees have surpassed all expectations and mastered the most complex skills in baking cookies, cakes, muffins and various othersavoury items. The process requires intense skilling in baking which is well suited to their intrinsic needs and it has been pleasure to see our young traineesturn into to masterful bakers, packaging experts and associated skills of accounts, stock keeping and sales. We aim to make our trainees self sustainable and ensure regularwork and livelihood forthem.
